Modify your subscription

Only administrators are allowed to manage the network settings.

To modify your subscription :

From your profile, go to Settings
Under Organization settings, click on Billing
Click on Upgrade subscription
Select the desired number of users (in this example, we're upgrading from 70 to 80 users)
A prorated invoice is automatically calculated*.
Click on Next
Verify your billing information
Click on Next
Confirm that you have read and accept the subscription contract
Then click on Upgrade
You will receive an invoice for the added licenses by e-mail.

*The amount is calculated as follows: number of users added X price X number of months remaining until the next yearly renewal (to the day).

Join a workspace linked to a team

When you click on a team, you access all the workspaces related to it. There is a distinction to be made between two categories of workspaces within the same team:

Spaces that concern you directly, those of which you are a member.

Spaces that do not concern you directly but that you can reach if necessary.

Workspaces that concern me directly

The workspaces that concern you and for which you are a stakeholder are those of which you are a member. Among these spaces, you can also determine which are your favorites, by clicking on the heart icon of the map representing the space. These spaces will appear under the team in question in the main menu on the left, giving you easy access to them.

In the example below, only two spaces appear under the Management team, these are the two spaces chosen as favorites.

Team members have access to the contents of all public workspaces related to the team. However, you can only join those areas that concern you directly.

Joining a workspace within a team

To join a workspace you are not yet a member of, click on the Join button (1). You are now a memb

Locking a meeting

To lock a meeting, you must be an Editor.

Click on the "Lock meeting" step.

If you haven't already done so, decide on the topics for the next meeting:
1. Click on All processed
2. Click on Review all
3. Skip the step

Unlocking a meeting

To unlock a meeting, you must have the role of Editor.

⚠️ Unlocking a meeting is only authorized within 30 days of it being locked.

Click on the 3 small dots
Click on "Unlock meeting".
The meeting changes status to "Unlocked": you can proceed with modifications.
You can Lock it again using the corresponding button.
Once unlocked, the button will display the status with a yellow coloring.

Manage voters for the meeting

Direct voting: allow each attendee to add their response

The meeting editor can choose via the access management who are the users allowed to vote. To select voters:

Click on the meeting's Accesses
Check the voters
Click on Save

If you have already created a vote, you can also click on Manage Voters via the details panel:

⚠️ Voters are common to all votes in the meeting.

Choose at which steps of the meeting, users can vote

ℹ️ By default, no users can vote at the Ongoing step, during which the editor sets up the vote.

However, the editor can choose at which steps users will be able to vote.

For each role, check the "can vote" option according to the step:

Click on Edit Roles
Click on a role and check the "can vote" option
Click on Save

⬇️ In this example, users with the Attendee role will be able to vote when the agenda is in the Validated step and the meeting is Ongoing.

How do I view the tasks I have delegated?

Go to your personal space
Click on the default filter Delegated Tasks

Click on your profile at the bottom of the main menu, then on Settings (1-2)
Under MY SETTINGS, click on Password and 2FA (3)

Enter the old password (4)
Enter the new password, respecting the following requirements: One lowercase letter / One number / One special character / Minimum 8 characters (5)
Confirm new password (6)
Click on Modify password to validate changes (7)
