# Delete a file

# Delete a file

You can delete a file from the workspaces. You can also delete a file that has been attached to a task or meeting.

1.  Click on **the file**
    
2.  From the information pane, click on the **⋮** button
    
3.  Click on **Delete File**
    
4.  Confirm **Delete the file**

**ℹ️ Info :**

*   For files attached to tasks and meetings, if you do not find the **Delete** option, it means that the file is in a workspace and has simply been taken from WEDO. You must therefore delete it from the Files tab of the workspace in question.
