# Export a meeting in PDF

# Exporting a meeting as a PDF

To export your meeting minutes to PDF:

1.  Click on the Share button
    
2.  Click on **Export to PDF**
    
3.  Click on **Download** to generate the document in PDF format

# Configure the export

Next, you can configure your export. Here are the elements that can be configured:

*   Title and footer
    
*   Attendee display
    
*   Elements to display
    
*   Sections and topics to display (to make meeting minutes samples)
    
*   Block to display
    
*   Attached files (include attached files at the end)
    
*   Font and colors
    
*   Page layout

💡 Click **Generate** after each change to generate the document.

💡 Click **Download** to get the PDF version of your meeting.
