You can set the formatting of the Paragraph, Decision and Private Note blocks.

Select some text, then choose an option from the menu:

Style

B = bold

ctrl/cmd + G

I = italic

ctrl/cmd + I

U = underline

ctrl/cmd + U

S = strikeout
