# Get a global view on current projects

With the workspace overview, you can get a global view and thus see the progress of current projects. Here's how to access it:

At the bottom of the main menu, click on the **Workspaces** shortcut (1). The workspaces and projects are then displayed as maps (2). On these you will find the essential information about the space or project.

You can switch to the **list view** (3) so that you can sort your spaces and projects at your convenience\*. Possible sorting modes :

*   By name
    
*   By status
    
*   According to the percentage of progression
    
*   According to the due date

**Info**: Blue gauges refer to spaces that have a status and are therefore more likely to be projects with due dates. Grey gauges refer to continuous spaces that do not have a due date.
