I'm a network administrator and one of the users can't reset his password, how can I do it?
Only administrators are allowed to access the network settings.
To send a password reset request :
- Click on your Profile
- Click Settings
- Click on Users
- Locate the active user to whom you need to send the Invitation request and click on the button with the three vertical points
- Finally, click on Send Password Reset Request.
