# I'm a network administrator and one of the users can't reset his password, how can I do it?

## Only administrators are allowed to access the network settings.

To send a password reset request :

1.  Click on your **Profile**
    
2.  Click **Settings**
    
3.  Click on **Users**
    
4.  Locate the active user to whom you need to send the Invitation request and click on the button with the **three vertical points**
    
5.  Finally, click on **Send Password Reset Request**.
