# Manage meeting attendees

When you start your meeting (step 3 - Ongoing) you can indicate the status of each attendee:

*   **P**resent
    
*   **A**bsent
    
*   **E**xcused
    

💡 If necessary, you can add a _Remark_ on the appropriate field.

To change the attendance of each user, click on **P** under the Attendee column and choose the appropriate status.
