# Rename a file

# Rename a file

You can rename all files added to the platform.

## Renaming a file added to a workspaces

1.  Go to the workspaces containing the file
    
2.  Click on the **Files** tab
    
3.  Click on the concerned file
    
4.  From the information pane, click on the button with the **three vertical points**
    
5.  Click on **Rename**
    
6.  A window opens: edit the name of the file in the field provided for this purpose.
    
7.  Finally click on **Rename**

## ℹ️ Info :

*   The procedure is the same if you want to rename a file attached to a task or a meeting.
    
*   For files attached to tasks and meetings, if you do not find the Rename option, the file has been added to the workspace.
