# Replace a file

In order to update a version, you can replace all the files added to the platform

## Replace a file added to a workspaces

1.  Go to the workspaces containing the file
    
2.  Click on the **Files** tab
    
3.  Click on the concerned file
    
4.  From the information pane, click on the button with the **three vertical points**
    
5.  Click on **Replace File**
    
6.  A window opens: drag and drop the file or click on the **Choose Files** button to access your computer folders.

## ℹ️ Info :

*   The procedure is the same if you want to replace a file attached to a task or a meeting.
    
*   For files attached to tasks and meetings, if you do not find the **Replace** option, the file has been added to the workspace. You must therefore replace it from the Files tab of the workspace in question.
