# Share a meeting

# Send a meeting by email

At [any stage of your meeting](/en/articles/5766130-the-5-steps-of-a-meeting), you can email the agenda or meeting minutes to attendees directly from WEDO. ✉️

To do this, click on the share button and then click on **Send via email**.

Depending on the step, WEDO will suggest a subject line and a message to accompany your email. You can change them if necessary by clicking on the fields. Finally, click on **Send**.
