What is a block?

There are many types of content blocks that you can add to your meeting. Here is a list of the content types available in WEDO.

Decision Block

To add a Decision to a meeting. Decisions appear with a green background to distinguish them from paragraphs and other blocks. This option is usually used when writing the minutes (step 3/5).

Task Block

To create a Task related to your meeting. The details panel on the right of the screen allows you to directly set up the task. For example, choose the person responsible for it, its planned date, its due date, etc.

File block

\> Limitations on attachments

Attachments from your computer are limited to 50 MB per file.

Note block

To add a private note in a theme. This feature allows you to prepare your interventions before the meeting or to annotate topics during the meeting. Private notes appear on a yellow background and are only visible to the user who adds them. They can be entered at any stage of the meeting (including when the meeting minutes are locked).

Image Block

To add images to your meeting content. A tool allows you to resize the image if necessary. You can also choose its position.

Vote Block

To add a Vote related to a topic. During a meeting, the opinion of the participants is frequently requested in order to facilitate the decision-making process. Voting is therefore a good way to reach a clear and transparent decision.

⚙️ Set up the vote via the details pane on the right of the screen.
